You can retain our law office for $100 retainer, which will allow you to refer any creditor calls to our law office.

As part of the Chapter 13 bankruptcy representation we will prepare your bankruptcy petition, Chapter 13 plan, file your bankruptcy case, and respresent you at the 341 meeting of creditors and confirmation hearing.
