I knew the situation that I was in with insurmountable debt with the IRS and old business debt was not a good situation. I researched everything that I could in regards to them and found about the business debt exception that would allow me to bypass the means test. I began interviewing attorneys about 6 months before I was ready and was ready to give up because they all said I would have to file a chapter 13. I found Norma in searching the business debt exemption in one of her blog post. After our first meeting I immediately retained her. She allowed me to make payments. I worked with Julie, who is wonderful, to get all of the documents they needed in a timely manner. Whenever I asked a question it was answered within a timely manner, within 24 hours but in most cases the same day. My chapter 7 case now has been closed following the timeline I was told. If you have a complex case I highly recommend Norma and Julie.
