Attorney Norma DuenasOrange County and Riverside County bankruptcy attorney Norma Duenas, has a firm-wide policy that SCLA will not approach new clients like ‘a man with a hammer’. We will not. In many of our free consultations we will advise you NOT to file bankruptcy. Bankruptcy attorney Norma Duenas promises to inform you of every practical option and solution available to you.

During your free phone or office consultation, you will speak personally with Norma Duenas, SCLA’s founding attorney. Norma Duenas will be forthright frank with you about all of your options. Yes, if you are a bankruptcy candidate, she might suggest that a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy might be a good choice, but given your situation she might suggest options such as debt consolidation, settlement, short sale, short term interest-only loan (sometimes used to prevent a foreclosure when a judgment lien is involved and there is too much equity, but your income is expected to rise in near future), and other strategies you can learn free of charge to solve your dilemma.
